Interview
The University of Bristol takes into account both academic performance and UCAT score (no cut-off) to shortlist for the MMI interview (see image 1.1). In the MMI, applicants rotate around 7 different stations, with each lasting 6 minutes. These 6 minutes consist of 1 minute to read the explanation and 5 minutes to complete the task. Applicants are then scored on MMI performance, and UCAT score and the personal statement are used to differentiate between identically scoring individuals. Interviews run from late November to March. To successfully gain a place, applicants would be well rounded in both academics and extra-curriculars.
